During the first two years of marketing, the Appleton tractor had a 14-28 horsepower rating. In 1919 this was dropped to 12-20, although the same Buda motor was used throughout production. Two forward speeds were provided. Nuttall transmission, Bosch magneto, and Pickering governor were all standard equipment.
